Segregation of duties and fraud prevention
Daily reconciliation exposes missing money, unexplained adjustments and repeated differences while staff still remember the day. Separating site entry from Finance approval also prevents one person from completing and approving the same record.

Accounting journals
Daturu posts mapped PMS activity on a daily schedule. After Finance completes the End of Day review, an authorised user can post the full journal or selected entries.
Daturu maps daily PMS activity to the correct accounts and posts the journal on a set schedule. This can include sales, deposits, in-house activity and ledger movements.
An authorised user reviews the End of Day journal, selects the complete journal or the entries ready to post, and sends them to accounting from Daturu.
